DARKSIDE TOP 5 MAY 2026 // PROMOTION TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Promotion Period The promotion begins on May 1, 2026 and ends on May 31, 2026 at 11:59 PM PT. Only qualifying purchases made during this period will be countedtoward prize eligibility.
2. Eligibility
- Open only to legal residents of the United States.
- Participants must be 21 years of age or older at the time of purchase.
- Valid only on purchases made directly through 5StarHookah.
3. How to Participate No separate entry is required. Customers are automatically included by purchasing DARKSIDE CORP. products from 5StarHookah during the promotion period.
4. Winner Selection
- The top 5 customers will be determined based solely on the highest total value of DARKSIDE CORP. product purchases during the promotion period.
- This is a performance-based promotion; winners are not selected by chance.
- In the event of a tie, the customer who reached the qualifying total first (by order timestamp) will rank higher.
- All ranking determinations by 5StarHookah are final and binding.
- Winners will be notified via the email address on file within 10 business days following the close of the promotion (by approximately June 16, 2026).
- If a winner does not respond within 7 days of notification, 5StarHookah reserves the right to move to the next qualifying customer.
5. Prize
- The top 5 customers will each receive a DARKSIDE CORP. promotional prize package after the conclusion of the promotion. Packages include a hookah bundle and Starline tobacco.
- Each prize package is estimated to have a retail value of approximately $200 USD, though no minimum value is guaranteed.
- Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or store credit.
- Winners must verify eligibility before receiving prizes.
- If a prize becomes unavailable, 5StarHookah reserves the right to substitute it with an item of equal or greater value.
- 5StarHookah is not responsible for prizes lost or delayed in transit once handed to the carrier.
6. Order Validity
- Only completed, paid, and fulfilled orders count toward totals.
- Canceled, refunded, returned, or fraudulent orders will be excluded and deducted from a participant's running total.
- Orders that cannot be legally fulfilled due to shipping restrictions will not count toward the promotion total.
7. Compliance with Laws All purchases must comply with applicable federal, state, and local laws, including those related to tobacco product sales and shipping restrictions. Orders that cannot be legally fulfilled will not qualify, and 5StarHookah will not be liable for any resulting impact on a participant's ranking.
8. Data & Privacy To determine promotion rankings, 5StarHookah will use purchase data from its order management system, including order totals, timestamps, and account information. This data is used solely to administer the promotion and is handled in accordance with 5StarHookah's Privacy Policy. By participating, customers consent to this use of their purchase data.
9. Fair Use & Abuse Prevention 5StarHookah reserves the right to disqualify any participant engaging in fraud, abuse, or attempts to manipulate the promotion, including suspicious bulk purchasing intended solely to influence rankings. Disqualification decisions are at the sole discretion of 5StarHookah and are final.
10. Modification or Termination 5StarHookah reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the promotion at any time due to technical issues, legal concerns, or other unforeseen circumstances. Any material changes will be communicated via the 5StarHookah website or email.
11. Limitation of Liability 5StarHookah shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the promotion or acceptance of any prize. Participation is at the customer's own risk.
12. Dispute Resolution Any disputes regarding rankings, prize fulfillment, or interpretation of these Terms & Conditions will be resolved at the sole discretion of 5StarHookah. All decisions are final and binding. Participants agree to waive any right to participate in class action litigation relating to this promotion.
13. No Additional Consideration This promotion does not require any separate payment or entry fee. Purchases are made at regular retail prices and are not considered payment for entry into a game of chance.
