Order Processing:
- All orders are processed within 2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
- All orders are placed under a mandatory age verification via our third-party BlueCheck. Any delays in verifying your age will delay your shipment. Previous customers who have already verified their age will not require a re-verification unless there is a discrepancy. - If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone.

- Shipping charges for your order will be calculated based on total weight of your order and destination; it will be displayed at checkout.
- Delivery time may vary depending on the shipping option chosen at checkout and your location.

- We use trusted carriers like USPS, and UPS to ensure your package arrives on time and in great condition.
Signature Confirmation:
- At our discretion, certain packages may require signature confirmation upon delivery. If your order requires a signature, this information will be indicated on the carrier's tracking page. Please ensure someone is available to sign for the package if required.
Shipment Confirmation & Tracking:
- You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties & Taxes:
- We are not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damaged or Lost Shipments:

- Due to regulations constantly changing in many locations, the list of countries we ship to changes frequently; if the location is restricted you will be notified upon entering your address information at checkout.
