Terms & Conditions
1. Promotion Period
This promotion begins on September 5, 2026 and runs while supplies last, whichever comes first. 5StarHookah reserves the right to end the promotion at any time without prior notice once promotional units are no longer available.
2. Eligibility
- Valid only on purchases made directly through 5StarHookah.
- Customers must meet the legal age requirement in their jurisdiction and pass age verification at checkout.
- Orders must ship to an address where fulfillment is permitted under applicable law.
3. How to Qualify
Three conditions must be met:
- Your cart total must be $150.00 or more, before tax and shipping.
- Your cart must contain at least one eligible product.
- Promo code LOTUS15 must be entered at checkout.
Once all three conditions are met, one (1) free Kaloud Lotus II Aluminum will be added to the order at no charge.
The promo code must be entered for the free item to apply. Orders placed without the code will not receive the free Kaloud Lotus II Aluminum, and the code cannot be applied to an order after it has been placed.
4. Eligible Products
All products count toward the $150.00 cart total, including excluded items.
The promotion does, however, require at least one eligible product in the cart. A cart made up entirely of excluded products will not qualify, regardless of the total.
Excluded items are marked as excluded on their individual product pages. The value of the free Lotus II Aluminum does not count toward the $150.00 total.
5. How the Free Item Is Added
- Once your cart total reaches $150.00, includes at least one eligible product, and code LOTUS15 is applied, the Kaloud Lotus II Aluminum will be added to your cart automatically at a price of $0.00.
- The free unit will appear as a line item in your cart, at checkout, on your order confirmation, and on your packing list.
- In rare cases the item may not be added automatically. If this happens, please add it manually using this page. The 100% discount will apply once the conditions in Section 3 are met.
- Customers who do not have the Lotus II Aluminum in their cart at the time the order is placed will forfeit the free item. Free items cannot be added to an order after it has been placed.
- Mobile users: tap the order summary at the top of the checkout page to reveal your free item before placing your order.
6. Limit One Per Customer
Limit one (1) free Kaloud Lotus II Aluminum per customer and/or household, regardless of the number of orders placed during the promotion period. Orders that appear to circumvent this limit may be adjusted or canceled at 5StarHookah's discretion.
7. Order Validity
- Only completed, paid, and fulfilled orders meeting the conditions in Section 3 qualify.
- Canceled, refunded, or returned orders will not qualify.
- The free item is applied per qualifying order, not cumulatively across multiple orders.
- If a partial return or cancellation brings the order below $150.00, or removes the last eligible product, 5StarHookah reserves the right to deduct the retail value of the Lotus II Aluminum from the refund, or to request return of the unit.
8. Product and Availability
- Free units are available while supplies last.
- The promotional item is the standard Kaloud Lotus II (aluminum) finish only, as listed here.
- The promotion does not apply to the Argis, Auris, Cyris, Niris, or Nubis finishes, or to any other Kaloud Lotus model, including the Lotus I+, Lotus I+3, and Lotus III.
- No alternative finish, color, or model may be selected, requested, or substituted, and no price difference, credit, or discount will be applied toward an upgraded finish or model.
- Promotional units are supplied by Kaloud, Inc. for customer giveaway purposes.
9. No Cash Value
The free Kaloud Lotus II Aluminum has no cash value and may not be sold, resold, exchanged, traded, liquidated, or returned for a refund, credit, or store credit. It may not be substituted for any other product. Void where prohibited.
10. Combinability
This offer cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, or coupon codes unless otherwise stated. Only one promo code may be applied per order. Exclusions may apply.
11. Compliance With Laws
All purchases must comply with applicable federal, state, and local laws, including those related to tobacco product sales and shipping restrictions. Orders that cannot be legally fulfilled will not qualify.
12. Warranty
The Lotus II Aluminum is provided as a promotional gift. Any manufacturer warranty is administered by Kaloud, Inc. in accordance with its standard terms.
13. Limitation of Liability
5StarHookah or Kaloud Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in this promotion or receipt of any free promotional item.
14. Modification or Termination
5StarHookah reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this promotion at any time, including upon depletion of promotional inventory.
15. Acceptance of Terms
By placing a qualifying order, customers agree to these Terms & Conditions in their entirety.
