Hookah is good but return policy is terrible

I purchased the hookah online and received it fast. By the time I received it, I decided to get a different brand. I took the hookah, unopened to 5 Star Hookah store in Chatsworth and they said they were unable to take a return. I had to pay the shipping, send it back and pay a 15% restock fee.
