I love this. It's such a good heat management device for a affordable price
The first thing you will notice is that it’s heavy. The second is that it has a flat bottom surface with a perimeter draw. The flat surface makes it possible to use without foil. The perimeter draw brings the heat to the outside edge of the bowl. It’s perfect with any bowl.
